How can I apply?

You can apply by completing and submitting our Priority Services registration form.  Or if you would prefer, you can call us on 0333 000 0113 or write to us either using email, billing@lmwater.co.uk or by post to Rocfort House, Snodland, Kent, ME6 5AH.

Does it cost anything?

No – it is a free service.

Who is eligible?

Anyone in your household that has a need as identified in the list above.  If you are unsure, get in touch on 0333 000 0113 and we will be happy to advise you.

How do I know if I've been registered?

Once we have received your completed form, we will contact you to confirm that you have been registered. Please remember to include your contact details with your application, just in case we have any questions.
